Requirements for Admission include:
1. Applicant must be currently enrolled as an upper-division undergraduate or graduate student.
2. Applicant needs to submit a 500-800-word English statement describing your interest in the subject matters and concerns of Pacific Rim Discourse: World Making Practices and your overall level of competence in English. Issues you might touch on include your relation to the Pacific Ocean as place or subject and the world-making practices of gardening, walking, and caring for the environment. Make sure to give some specific details about your interests, practices, and planned trajectory of learning in the course.
3. Student must submit a copy of an official English transcript from your university showing your academic record to date.
